Here is why.   Ebay and Paypal changed the rules. If you sell on Ebay and the buyer pays via Paypal and the seller has less than 100 transactions on Ebay, Paypal will hold your payment for 21 days after the buyer receives the product. That is just wrong.   They should apply this to those sellers that have a bad record instead of punishing every good seller. I don't want to wait three weeks to be paid.
